All to the beat of the music, as always at BU. This workout for all levels will build muscular endurance, balance, coordination, stability, and flexibility. Don’t be fooled, half the time on the bag does NOT mean half the intensity! Get ready to feel the burn. Reminder, mat required for this class. Please bring your own mat, or mat rental available for purchase.
